Most commercial chicken masala powders use artificial colours (sunset yellow, tartrazine), MSG, anti-caking agents, and cheap filler spices like paprika husk and spent spice residues. Preparation & cooking use

Our Premium Kerala Chicken Masala Powder is ready to use directly from the pack — no pre-toasting required.
